​​Hello, hello! Happy to have you here, neurodivergent fraaaands. I know you're probably supposed to be doing something else right now, so I'll keep it brief. 

“What is Life’s Pretty Wild and why should I care?”

I’m glad you asked! For starters I have ADHD so I can talk about it whilst being in the trenches with ya. Because if you’re here you probably do too or suspect you have it. I’m pretty obsessed with the whole neuroscience and psychology of ADHD. I share the sciencey stuff along with the growth mindset stuff we ADHDers neeeeeed more of. 

Plus I’m a little woowoo so if nothing else the content will be entertaining. Mushrooms and full moon rituals, anyone?. I’ll hit ya with the truth (f*ck to-do lists), some dope ass memes, and always 100% original ADHD content because clearly I missed my calling in comedy. No fake positivity garbage because I’m over it and I’m sure you are too.
