The Energy Edit:
This is not another boring ADHD lecture. You'll walk away with your unique blueprint to FINALLY start reaching your impossible goals, even if you've been living in non-stop fire-fighting mode.
Sound Familiar?
You’re a mom who’s trying to “do it all” but feel like you’re constantly teetering on the edge of burnout.
Work/home/self/family balance feels like a pipe dream.
You’ve tried every time management app and strategy – from Pomodoro to pulling all nighters – but haven’t been able to make any of them stick. Time blindness is real. But you don’t know what to do about it.
You struggle to prioritize what’s most important because of your ADHD, and you feel like you’re failing your kids, your partner, and – worst of all – yourself.
Your to-do list is longer at the end of the week than at the start of it, and you feel like you barely got anything done.
You’re not living up to your potential, and feel a constant pang of jealousy of friends and other moms on social media who are crushing it and leaving you in the dust.
You suffer from “shiny object syndrome” bouncing from one idea to the next, never fully committing and never making enough progress.
You're hustling like crazy (with hours you seriously DON'T have) and you're still not getting anything done.
Imagine what it will feel like when you’ve emptied the dishwasher, washed and folded the laundry, and made moves on that brilliant business idea.
You make time to be fully present with your kids, without the nagging feeling that you should be meal prepping or running to Target or responding to Dave from accounting instead.
You have a plan for what you’re going to accomplish this week, heck, even this month!
Your friends and family say you’re finally acting like your whole, worthy, authentic self again (and they wanna know the secret).
You finally know how to prioritize your 9-5, your side hustle, a regular gua sha routine, playdates with moms you actually like, and a little Netflix and chill action with your partner.
You get to do the things that matter to you. And it feels doable, even in a season of littles.
So am I!! Not that long ago, I was in your exact shoes. Buzzing with ideas but no motivation to get started. Crippled by overwhelm and lack mentality.
I know, there can be a lot of questions and confusion if you’re starting to truly understand your ADHD for the first time. If you don’t have a plan to follow, it can be easy to make some critical mistakes, get off track, and never end up at a point where you feel like you accomplished enough. Without guidance and time management strategies, it can be difficult to make any progress at all!
That’s why I’m launching my ADHD time management workshop, The Energy Edit.
"In one session with Ana, I finally felt like someone else understood my language."
“I walked through my whole life feeling like I just never quite ‘got it’- meaning it felt like everyone else in the world spoke a language that I could never understand. In one session with Ana, I finally felt like someone else understood my language. She offered me empathy, encouragement, understanding - 3 things that are very important to those of us with ADHD.”
- hannah, mother and singer
"I felt so heard and understood. Ana worked with me on my specific needs and goals, not just generic ideas of ADHD."
“Meeting with Ana was wonderful! I felt so heard and understood. She worked with me on my specific needs and goals, not just generic ideas of ADHD. Getting information to help myself and my kiddo was amazing!! Thanks, Ana!”
- amanda, mother and marketing analyst
"Ciara is simply the best and I'm so grateful for all her help and guidance as I started by business."

“Ana completely changed the way I look at my daily tasks & how I can actually finish them. I went from overwhelmed, with never ending to do lists to creating lists that are actually productive. She also helped me with ways to help parent & guide my daughter who is also neurodivergent like myself.”
-Kate, full time working mom and content creator

This course is for you if you:
+ Are tired of constantly teetering on the edge of burnout, one wine glass away from snapping at everyone.
+ Say that balance feels like a pipe dream, but deep down you know it’s possible.
+ Have tried every time management app and strategy – from Pomodoro to pulling all nighters – but haven’t been able to make any of them stick.
+ Want to prioritize what’s most important and actually end with a shorter to-do list each day rather than a longer one.
+ Want to live up to your potential and stop feeling a constant pang of jealousy when friends share their wins.
+ Want to fully commit to your authentic self.
This course is not the right fit if you:
+ Struggle with basic self care such as hygiene and meals or are struggling to manage basic household tasks. Your needs deserve the utmost care and specific strategies and this workshop may be too overwhelming for where you currently are in your ADHD journey. I will be offering a workshop dedicated to these unique ADHD challenges in the near future, so join my newsletter so you don’t miss it ❤️
+ Suffer from severe clinical depression. Unfortunately, this is not my area of expertise and I would recommend addressing your needs with a mental health specialist before taking on a time management workshop ❤️
+ You’re not open to incorporating new strategies and potentially scrapping methods that aren’t serving you.
Hey wild child! I’m Ana, I’m a mom of two, a solopreneur, and I have ADHD. After a lifetime of limiting beliefs and chasing all the wrong things, my mission is to help other moms achieve their impossible goals without the overwhelm and burnout that I experienced.
In the Energy Edit, you're going to learn what's worked for me and countless other ADHD brains to feel more confident and intuitive. As a certified teacher with a Masters in Education, I have years of experience with hundreds of different brains, all unique, but all requiring the same kind of attunement to their authentic selves.
I created this workshop after years of searching for the perfect blend of science and spiritual, or what I like to call “where the woo woo meets the work.” Once I was able to radically change myself, I knew I needed to share these powerful resources with more mothers.
The Energy Edit is by no means a magic cure and I’m not promising to change your life overnight, but what I can show you is a unique way of tackling time management, that doesn’t only involve calendars and timers.
So basically what I’m sayin’ in… We’re gonna talk about the intangible things.
Energy.
Core values.
Priorities.
Attunement.
Acceptance.
Divine Feminine Energy ✨
Yes, we’ll also talk about schedules and time blindness. But a notification will always be snoozed and a project will always be procrastinated if your energy ain’t right.
Let me help you create a routine for your day so life is easier, simpler, happier, and less stressful. Let's figure out how you can reframe time and energy to work with your ADHD, rather than against it.
This is your invitation. I can’t wait to see you on the wild side.
The Energy Edit is for you if you’re tired of placing your hopes of balancing ADHD with motherhood, work, your dream business, home organization, and self-care on hold. You want to stop feeling constantly behind and finally learn how to manage your time in a way that’s built uniquely for you.
